Information used by the service

Repair requests and tradesperson registrations contain the contact and work information you submit. Signed-in work boards use your account identifier, email and name to identify your profile and permissions. Job records may include an address, appointment, payment terms, progress notes and photographs.

Location and photographs

When you select “I have arrived”, the work board can ask your browser for your current location to check arrival near the job address. You can decline location access; arrival then needs manager confirmation. This is an arrival check, not continuous or background location tracking. Only upload photographs relevant to the work, with permission where necessary.

Access and providers

Authorized coordinators manage job and customer information. Workers see offers directed to them and job details for their assignments. Sign-in uses ChatGPT account authentication. The service is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. The Android app opens the service through a compatible browser; authentication and browser permissions are handled by those providers.

Service activity

The public request and registration pages send a temporary random visit identifier, a broad device category and the time last seen to show current service activity. Older presence entries are cleaned up as new activity is received. Hosting and authentication providers may also process technical connection data under their own policies.

Storage and your choices

The service stores submitted requests, registrations, work records and relevant uploads to operate and administer the work. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or ongoing disputes. We will explain any exception when responding to a request.

Request deletion of your service profile and related personal data. This does not delete your separate ChatGPT account.
